For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another.
We believe that one of the keys to a healthy local church is connection to the church mission through serving. We all have unique talents and giftings, both practical and spiritual, that the local body needs in order to flourish. There are many ways that you can serve in ministry that will help you meet members of CFC, make new friends, and get to partake in the blessing of being serving others.
Here are just a few of the areas you can serve in:
- Pre-Service Refreshments
- Children's Church
...and many more!
Some Practical Info
In order to serve in a ministry, you must:
• be a member of Christian Fellowship Center. You can find information on how to become a member here.
• fill out a ministry application and take our CSAP training class. You can complete the online application here or you can print the ministry application and mail it to CFC (PO Box 5, Madrid, NY 13660). When your application has been recieved, someone in the church office will contact you about taking the CSAP (Child Sexual Abuse Prevention) class.
Want To Serve?
Talk to one of the pastors! Tell them what area you'd like to get involved in and they'll connect you with the ministry leader.
